In a near future… within a neighboring galaxy...

In the isolated system of Avidus, three worlds orbit the black sun Noctilum: Nefarius the futurist, Jinlong the verdant and Cybrox the volcanic.
In the year 1000 After Noctilum, Cassius Sancteforge, future sovereign of Nefarius, announces his desire to create a great Unified Expedition to mark this millennium. Composed of elites from the three planets, it aims to unlock the secrets of Noctilum thanks to a rare metal discovered on Cybrox, capable of resisting gravitational waves.Yet, tensions explode in the Galactic Senate. Jinlong accuses Nefarius of wanting total control, while a part of its population fiercely opposes the expedition: they see it as a dangerous manipulation and a sacrilege against Verborita, the sacred volcano which, according to legend, gave birth to the first flower and brought life to their world. On Cybrox, anger is brewing: the population blames its sovereign for being too submissive to Nefarius, which is imposing a new trade route to massively exploit the precious metal.At the edge of the system, the Outer Rim watches with greed. This great ring of asteroids surrounding the galaxy is home to goblins banished from the Galactic Senate, renowned for their resource raids, and ready to strike at the slightest sign of weakness from the Triad.In the shadows, rumors are swelling: an extraction operation on Cybrox is already being prepared under the direct orders of Cassius Sancteforge.As all eyes turn toward Nefarius, the Odyssey of Avidus begins. Faced with the impenetrable heart of Noctilum, will humanity unite… or will its internal fractures cause it to sink?
